Blood Sugar Levels

Well I had to reduce the Metformin that I had been taking (from 1000mg 2x day to 500mg 2x day) since last Wednesday and I had to contact my Endocrinologist (Diabetes Specialist) and advise her how my Blood Sugar Levels were going. Not good unfortunately. They have been slowly rising and now I have to throw the tablets away and I now have to start using Insulin from tomorrow afternoon. Yay!!! 
Anyway, I knew that the use of insulin would happen eventually, just not at 8 weeks…
